Business prices are excluding VAT. If you buy as a private individual (not registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce), prices are including VAT. We index subscription prices at most once a year, on 1 January, using the CBS consumer price index (all households, October-on-October), capped at 5 percentage points. You get at least 30 days’ notice by email and may cancel free of charge before the effective date. See article 9 of the terms. /terms
